摘要
骨质疏松性椎体骨折是绝经期女性及老年人群骨质疏松性骨折的常见类型,随着我国人口老龄化及预期寿命的增加,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。若未及时治疗或治疗不当,患者会出现胸、腰背部疼痛或脊柱后凸畸形等多种并发症。近年来,外科手术已成为骨质疏松性椎体骨折并胸腰椎后凸畸形的常规手术方法。老年患者多伴有骨质疏松等基础疾病,手术风险较高。近年来,截骨矫形联合椎弓根螺钉内固定可为骨质疏松性椎体骨折并胸腰椎后凸畸形的治疗提供新策略。
Osteoporotic vertebral fracture is a common type of osteoporotic fractures in postmenopausal women and the elderly.As the population ages and life expectancy increases,the incidence of this disease is increasing annually.If treated not in time or improperly,it may lead to chest and back pain,spinal deformity and other complications.In recent years,surgery has become a routine procedure for osteoporotic vertebral fractures with thoracolumbar kyphosis.Elderly patients are often associated with basic diseases such as osteoporosis,and the risk of surgery is high.In recent years,osteotomy and pedicle screw internal fixation has become a new treatment strategy for osteoporotic vertebral fracture with thoracolumbar kyphosis.
