摘要
研究中国乳品消费的特征及影响因素,对于研判中国乳业的未来发展和乳品消费的未来趋势具有重要的现实意义。基于国家统计局1995—2018年有关统计数据,分析了中国乳品消费的特征和影响因素。中国乳品消费量增长先快后慢,消费水平仍然偏低;消费结构变化明显,但高附加值乳品消费少;城乡消费差异仍然存在,但差距在逐渐缩小;消费与收入水平密切相关,具有明显的地域特征。中国乳品消费量受居民收入水平、人口数量及结构、城镇化水平和乳品质量安全的影响非常明显,有很高的相关性。未来,中国乳品消费还将继续增长,应从宣传引导、降低乳品价格、提升乳品质量和加工水平等方面进一步促进乳品消费发展。
It is of great practical significance to study the characteristics and influencing factors of China's dairy consumption for judging the future development of China's dairy industry and the future trend of dairy consumption.Based on the statistical data of 1995-2018 from National Bureau of Statistics,characteristics and influencing factors of China's dairy consumption were analyzed.The consumption of dairy products in China grew fast first and then slowed down,and the consumption level was still low;the consumption structure changed obviously,but the consumption of high value-added dairy products was less;the consumption difference between urban and rural areas still existed,but the gap was gradually narrowing;the consumption was closely related to the income level,and had obvious regional characteristics.The consumption of dairy products in China was obviously affected by the income level of residents,the number and structure of population,the level of urbanization and the quality and safety of dairy products.In the future,China's dairy consumption will continue to grow,and the development of dairy consumption should be further promoted in terms of propaganda and guidance,reducing dairy prices,improving dairy quality and processing level and so on.
