摘要
论文主要以合资铁路经营绩效考核的框架设计与管理为重点进行阐述,从合资铁路经营绩效考核的重要性、现状和问题等方面进行分析,其目的在于提升合资铁路经营绩效管理水平,推动合资铁路稳定持续发展。
This paper mainly and emphatically expounds the framework design and management of operation performance assessment of joint venture railways,analyzes the importance,current situation,problems and other aspects of operation performance assessment of joint venture railways,with the purpose of improving the level of operation performance management of joint venture railways and promoting the stable and sustainable development of joint venture railways.
