摘要
基于易溶氢氧化铝生产聚合氯化铝的优势和工艺开发的必要性,山东某铝公司在全部使用澳矿的拜耳法流程基础上,研发了一系列易溶氢氧化铝生产技术,如制备活性晶种、快速连续分解工艺、提高种子活性、降低洗水比、提高白度等,有效提高了易溶氢氧化铝的酸溶率、白度等指标,并达到了节能降耗的目的。
Based on the advantages of soluble aluminum hydroxide in the production of polymeric aluminum chloride and the necessity of process development,and on the basis of Bayer process with Australian ore in an aluminum company in Shandong,a series of production technologies of soluble aluminum hydroxide were developed,such as the preparation of active crystal seed,rapid continuous decomposition process,improvement of seed activity,reduction of washing water ratio,and improvement of whiteness,which improved the acid solubility and whiteness of soluble aluminum hydroxide effectively,and achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
