摘要
近年来,综合职业能力培养越来越受到职业院校的重视,如何对学生综合职业能力进行评价已经成为我国职业教育迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。为了对汽车检测与维修专业高职学生的综合职业能力进行测评,建立了以专业知识和能力为载体的非专业能力和专业能力测评模型,并通过观察法和情景模拟法对一年级第一学期的学生进行综合职业能力测评。
In recent years,more and more vocational colleges have attached importance to cultivate comprehensive vocational ability of students.How to evaluate comprehensive vocational ability of students has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to evaluate the comprehensive occupation ability of students of vehicle inspection and maintenance specialty,established a test model for non professional ability and professional ability based on professional knowledge and ability,and evaluation of comprehensive occupation ability of students through the observation method and scene simulation method.
