摘要
汽车车身骨架及门盖是由薄板冲压件拼装焊接而成,焊装夹具是焊接产品质量的重要保证。文章以新车型项目的焊装夹具为实例,从车身尺寸保证的角度,简述了车身焊装夹具的作用、设计原理以及夹具验收时应注意的事项。对于新车型项目阶段夹具验收,能够提供一般性的指导意义。
The frame and doors of vehicle’s body in white are assembled and welded by sheet stamping metals.Welding fixtures are important guarantee for the quality of welding products.Taking the welding fixtures of a new vehicle project as an example,this paper briefly describes the function and design principle of the welding fixtures,and how to review welding fixtures from body in white dimension quality controlling.It can provide general guidance for fixture review in new vehicle project stage.
