摘要
全面预算管理是建筑企业财务管理的新方式和新途径,全面预算管理的应用不仅可以完善建筑企业财务管理的模式,同时也能够为建筑企业的利润增长创造条件和空间。论文从全面预算在建筑企业财务管理应用的现实意义出发,阐述了全面预算在建筑企业财务管理应用中遇到的问题,并详细分析了全面预算在建筑企业财务管理中的应用对策。
Comprehensive budget management is a new way of financial management in construction enterprises.The application of comprehensive budget management can not only improve the financial management mode of construction enterprises.At the same time,it can also create conditions and space for the profit growth of construction enterprises.Starting from the practical significance of the application of comprehensive budget in the financial management of construction enterprises,this paper expounds the problems encountered in the application of comprehensive budget in the financial management of construction enterprises,and analyzes the application strategies of comprehensive budget in the financial management of construction enterprises.
