摘要
针对国内某化工厂渣油加氢装置离心式循环氢压缩机干气密封的突然失效事件,从干气密封本体及控制系统两方面进行失效原因分析:存在推环C形密封圈质量问题、控制系统零部件设计选型问题。提出3项改进措施:品控管理优化、控制系统零部件更换、加强项目设计对接沟通。
In view of the sudden failure of dry gas seal of centrifugal circulating hydrogen compressor of residue hydrogenation unit in a chemical plant in China.Failure analysis of dry gas seal body and control system:quality problems of the C-ring of push ring,design and selection problems of control system parts.Put forward three improvement measures:quality control management optimization,control system parts replacement,strengthen project design connection and communication.
