手足口病患儿血清干扰素的变化及意义

摘要 目的:通过比较轻症及重症手足口患儿血清α-INF、β-INF及γ-INF指标,探讨其变化特点及临床意义。方法:手足口患儿88例,其中轻症患儿44例、重症患儿44例,检测两组患儿血清α-INF、β-INF及γ-INF水平变化。结果:两组患儿血清α-INF、β-INF、γ-INF变化,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿血清干扰素水平的变化可能与手足口病的病情进展有着密不可分的联系。
