摘要
本文以STC89C5A60S2为主控制器,设计了一种磁滞回线测试仪。测试仪通过变压器将220V交流电转换为5V正弦交流信号,将信号加载在变压器一侧线圈上,产生待测铁磁材料的磁场。通过对励磁线圈回路中的UB和UH信号的放大以及A/D转换送到单片机进行处理,可以测量出常用变压器的矫顽磁力、剩磁,并在LCD12864上显示磁滞回线和相应参数。实验结果表明:设计的测量系统运行稳定、安装方便、测量精度较好,具有较高的应用价值。
In this paper,a hysteresis loop tester is designed with STC89C5A60S2 as the main controller.The tester converts 220V alternating current into 5V sinusoidal alternating current signals through a transformer,and loads the signals on a coil on one side of the transformer to generate a magnetic field of ferromagnetic materials to be tested.The coercivity and remanence of common transformers can be measured by amplifying the sum signal in the excitation coil loop and sending the A/D conversion to the singlechip for processing,and the hysteresis loop and corresponding parameters can be displayed on LCD12864.The experimental results show that the designed measuring system is stable in operation,convenient in installation,good in measuring accuracy and has high application value.
