摘要
农作物通过机械收割完之后,土地里剩下的秸秆20 cm^30 cm高,难以被降解,且不利于农户下一次耕作。在此情况下,本文设计了基于MCU秸秆还田自动控制系统及其装置。该系统利用超声波测距模块将测得距离传给单片机,再利用单片机控制电机驱动器,进而控制犁架的高度,将秸秆完整地置入粉碎机中,经过粉碎的秸秆,将被抛撒在田地中,为下一季的种植提供养料。使农业更加标准化,规范化。
After the crops are harvested by machinery,the remaining straw in the land is 20 cm^30 cm high which is difficult to be degraded,and is not conducive to the next farming.In this case,an automatic control system and its device based on MCU are designed.The system uses the ultrasonic distance measurement module to transmit the measured distance to the single-chip microcomputer,and then uses the single-chip microcomputer to control the motor driver,and then controls the height of the plough frame.The straw is completely put into the crusher,and the crushed straw will be thrown into the field to provide the planting materials for the next season.It makes agriculture more standardized.
