摘要
以苦荞麦耐盐品种‘川荞1号’和盐敏感品种‘川荞2号’为试验材料,分析了最适浓度外源钙和脱落酸(ABA)处理对盐胁迫下苦荞麦代谢物含量的影响。结果表明,20 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2和10μmol/L ABA处理明显促进了盐胁迫下苦荞麦盐敏感品种氨基酸类和糖类代谢物积累,而30 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2和40μmol/L ABA处理对盐胁迫下苦荞麦耐盐品种有机酸类和醇类代谢物积累有明显促进作用。外源钙和ABA处理对盐胁迫下苦荞麦耐盐品种和盐敏感品种代谢物含量的影响存在明显的品种间差异。
Salt-tolerant variety of‘Chuanqiao No.1’and salt-sensitive variety of‘Chuanqiao No.2’in tartary buckwheat were used as experimental materials.The effects of optimal concentration of exogenous calcium and abscisic acid(ABA)treatments on contents of metabolites in tartary buckwheat under salt stress were studied.The results showed that 20 mmol/L Ca(NO)and 10μmol/L ABA treatment could significantly promote the accumulation of amino acid and sugar metabolites in the salt-sensitive variety of tartary buckwheat under salt stress,while 30 mmol/L Ca(NO)and 40μmol/L ABA treatment could significantly promote the accumulation of organic acids and alcohol metabolites in the salt-tolerant one of tartary buckwheat under salt stress.The effects of exogenous calcium and ABA treatments on contents of metabolites in the salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties oftartary buckwheat under salt stress were significantly different between varieties.
