摘要
数字经济是经济增长的新引擎。做好数字经济统计测度,有利于制定相关数字经济的发展战略,有利于促进国民经济高质量发展。由于数字经济发展速度快,创新度高,辐射面广,给数字经济的测度和核算提出了许多新课题。针对数字经济测度的现状,在界定数字经济内涵的基础上,解析数字经济测度和核算中的问题,探讨测度数字经济的调查方式和核算方法,提出设计和完善数字经济统计指标体系的建议。
Digital economy is the new engine for economic growth.A well statistic measure for digital economy is helpful to formulate relevant development strategy and accelerate the high quality development of the national economy.The high speed,innovation level and wide radiant scope of digital economy raise some new topics for its measure and accounting.In this study,the present situation and connotation of digital economy measure is analyzed.Some problems,survey method and accounting way of digital measure are discussed.Finally,some suggestion for designing and improving the statistic index system of digital economy is proposed.
