摘要
目的:探讨多媒体技术在手术室专科器械管理中的应用及效果。方法:在医院2017年1月至2018年1月期间的手术室专科器械管理中应用传统管理方法,该阶段设为对照组;在2018年2月至2019年2月期间的手术室专科器械管理中应用多媒体技术,该阶段设为研究组;比较两组专科器械保养优良率、供应及时率以及手术室工作人员满意度差异。结果:①研究组专科器械保养优良率(99.33%)高于对照组(96.33%),x^2=6.369,P=0.012;②研究组专科器械的供应及时率(99.67%)高于对照组(96.67%),x^2=7.501,P=0.006;③研究组手术室工作人员满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(83.33%),x^2=4.545,P=0.033。结论:多媒体技术在手术室专科器械管理中的应用效果良好,可确保专科器械得到最佳保养,并能及时供应,避免影响手术进展,手术室工作人员对管理结果的满意度较高,建议推广。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of multimedia technology in the management of specialized instruments in the operating room.Methods:The traditional management method was applied in the management of specialized instruments in the operating room from January 2017 to January 2018,which was set as the control group.Apply multimedia technology to the management of specialized instruments in the operating room from February 2018 to February 2019.The difference of excellent maintenance rate,timely supply rate and operating room staff satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results:(1)In the study group,the excellent and good maintenance rate of specialized instruments(99.33%)was higher than that in the control group(96.33%),x^2=6.369,P=0.012.(2)The timely supply rate of specialist devices in the study group(99.67%)was higher than that in the control group(96.67%),x^2=7.501,P=0.006.(3)The satisfaction of operating room staff in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),x^2=4.545,P=0.033.Conclusion:The application of multimedia technology in the management of specialized instruments in the operating room has a good effect,which can ensure the best maintenance of specialized instruments and timely supply to avoid affecting the progress of the operation.
