摘要
电化学除氯(Electrochemical Chloride Extraction,ECE)是一种新型无损的钢筋混凝土防护方法。该方法能有效去除混凝土中的氯离子,降低钢筋的锈蚀风险,解决传统维护方法引起混凝土结构服役寿命差的问题,进而提高混凝土结构的耐久性。通过综述目前为止钢筋混凝土在电化学除氯方面的研究进展,系统介绍了影响电化学除氯效率的因素及电化学除氯对混凝土性能的影响,并结合目前的研究进展为钢筋混凝土电化学除氯方法的改进提出了相应建议。
Electrochemical chloride extraction(ECE)is a new nondestructive protection method for reinforced concrete.This method can effectively remove chloride ions from concrete,reduce the risk of corrosion of steel bars,solve the problem of poor service life of concrete structures caused by traditional maintenance methods,and improve the durability of concrete structures.In this paper,the research progress of ECE of reinforced concrete is reviewed.The influencing factors of ECE efficiency and the influence of concrete performance after ECE are systematically introduced.Combined with the current research progress,the corresponding suggestions for the improvement of ECE of reinforced concrete are put forward.
