摘要
为解决花岗岩石粉堆积造成的环境污染,传统矿物掺合料匮乏的问题,通过不同掺量的花岗岩石粉替代水泥,研究了花岗岩石粉掺量对于混凝土力学性能的影响,结果显示:不同掺量花岗岩石粉均能配制工作性能满足要求的混凝土;在花岗岩石粉掺量较小时(掺量不大于5%),花岗岩石粉并不会降低混凝土抗压强度,甚至会略微提高纯水泥混凝土抗压强度,超过5%随着花岗岩石粉掺量的增加,混凝土抗压强度逐渐下降;随着花岗岩石粉掺量的提高,混凝土劈裂抗拉强度和抗压弹性模量呈现下降趋势。
In order to address the problem of environmental pollution caused by stacking granite stone powder and deal with the shortage of traditional mineral admixtures,this paper studied the influence of granite stone powder on the mechanical properties of concrete by replacing the cement with different amounts of granite stone powder.The research result showed that concrete with working performances that are up to standards could be produced with different amount of granite stone powder added.When the added amount of granite stone powder was small(no more than 5%),the compressive strength of the concrete was not reduced.Instead,the compressive strength of straight cement concrete even showed a slight increase.With higher added amount of granite stone powder(over 5%),the compressive strength of concrete gradually decreased.As the added amount of granite stone powder continued to increase,both the concrete’s splitting tensile strength and compressive modulus of elasticity showed a downward trend.
