摘要
从中观层面来看,东北老工业基地产业结构优化升级需要从优化东北产业发展和推进区域经济一体化两个方面展开。对产业发展层面的优化,可以从产业结构、产业组织、产业技术和产业布局四个方面进行;推进区域经济一体化是东北地区经济发展的必然趋势,要在东北亚区域经济合作和东北区域经济一体化两个层次上促进产业结构的优化。
From the meso-level,the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the northeast old industrial base needs the“two-wheel drive”of the industrial structure and the economic structure,which is the optimization of the industrial development of the Northeast and the promotion of regional economic integration.The optimization of the level of industrial development can be carried out from four aspects:Industrial Structure,industrial organization,industrial technology and industrial distribution,the optimization of industrial structure should be promoted at the two levels of regional economic cooperation and integration in Northeast Asia.
