摘要
目的:探讨数字X射线机对于骨关节创伤的多层次影像学诊断情况。方法:回顾分析2017年8月~2019年8月本院骨关节创伤120例患者的DR片,通过计算机系统后处理,分析软组织、骨窗以及反转片等X射线表现情况。结果:发现隐秘性骨折12例,骨折周围软组织肿胀患者120例,软组织肿胀患者取片放大并加摄斜位片发现骨折患者3例。结论:利用DR不同灰阶提供"骨窗""软组织"等进行分析,可发现隐秘性的骨折以及脱位等多种情况,对于提高临床诊出率具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the multi-level imaging diagnosis of bone and joint trauma by digital X-Ray machine.Methods:Retrospective analysis of DR films of 120 patients with bone and joint trauma from August 2017 to August 2019,through computer system post-processing,analysis of soft tissue,bone window and reversal film X-Ray performance.Results:12 cases of occult fractures were found,120 cases of soft tissue swelling around the fracture,and 3 cases of fractures were found by taking magnification and adding oblique position film.Conclusion:Using different gray scales of DR to provide“bone window”“soft tissue”and other analysis,we can find many cases of hidden fractures and dislocations,which are of great significance for improving the clinical diagnosis rate.
