摘要
糖尿病治疗周期较长,在长期的药物治疗中血糖的监测至关重要,有助于患者及时了解自身的血糖情况以及药物治疗效果,为后续的治疗决策以及治疗方案的调整提供支持。目前临床主要采用的是有创和微创血糖检测仪,具体包括针刺式以及激光采血式等多种类型,其优点在于血糖水平检测结果准确可靠,不足之处在于会对患者形成一定的创伤。特别是对于需要进行连续血糖监测的患者来说,每天多次的血糖检测会为患者带来巨大的痛苦,同时增加了交叉感染的风险。因此,近些年无创血糖仪开始受到人们的广泛关注,并且得到了快速的发展,文章对近些年关于无创血糖仪的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床血糖监测血糖仪的选择提供借鉴。
The diabetes treatment cycle is long,and the monitoring of blood glucose is very important in the long-term drug treatment.It is helpful for patients to know their blood glucose situation and drug treatment effect in time,and provide support for the follow-up treatment decision and the adjustment of treatment plan.At present,the main clinical use is invasive and minimally invasive blood glucose detector,including acupuncture type and laser blood sampling type.Its advantages lie in the accuracy and reliability of blood glucose level detection results,and its disadvantages lie in the formation of certain trauma to patients.Especially for the patients who need continuous blood glucose monitoring,multiple blood glucose tests every day will bring great pain to the patients and increase the risk of cross infection.Therefore,in recent years,noninvasive blood glucose meter has been widely concerned by people,and has been developed rapidly.This paper reviews the research progress of noninvasive blood glucose meter in recent years,in order to provide reference for the selection of clinical blood glucose monitoring blood glucose meter.
