摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜下食管切除术治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法:入组参与研究患者共74例,均确诊为食管癌,入院时间在2017年4月~2019年3月,依据入院顺序分为2组,先入院37例为对照组,均采取开放食管癌根治术治疗,后入院37例则为观察组,均采取胸腔镜下食管切除术治疗,治疗后对所得疗效进行比较。结果:观察组手术时间、出血量、住院时间,与对照组相比均更低(P<0.05)。对比并发症发生率,观察组较之对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌患者使用胸腔镜下食管切除术进行治疗,可显著提高该疾病的治疗效果,降低手术治疗创伤,促进患者康复,应用效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 74 patients were enrolled in the study,all of whom were diagnosed as esophageal cancer.The admission time was from April 2017 to March 2019.According to the admission order,they were divided into two groups.37 patients were admitted to the hospital first as the control group,all of them were treated with open radical resection of esophageal cancer,and 37 patients were admitted to the hospital later as the observation group.All of them were treated with thoracoscopic esophagectomy.The therapeutic effects were compared after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,blood loss and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer patients can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,reduce surgical trauma,promote the recovery of patients,and has good application effect.
