摘要
铧式犁是世界农业生产中历史悠久、应用最广泛的耕地机械,液压翻转调幅犁是铧式犁中作业效率、自动化水平较高的一种。我国针对不同的作业地区,已设计出不同型号规格的液压翻转调幅犁,但是相比于国外品牌,仍存在作业效果不好、可靠性不高等问题。为此,介绍了一款液压翻转调幅犁关键部件的结构设计,分析了部件强度和整机作业效果,为研制其他型号的液压翻转调幅犁提供参考。
The moldboard plough is the most widely used tiller machinery with a long history in the world agricultural production.China has designed different models and specifications of hydraulic inverted amplitude modulation plough for different operating areas,but compared with foreign brands,there are still problems of poor operating effect and low reliability.Therefore,this paper introduces the structural design of key components of hydraulic tilting amplitude modulation plough,analyzes the component strength and operation effect of whole machine,and which can provide a reference for the development of other models of hydraulic tilting amplitude modulation plough.
