摘要
该文以大数据的概念和信息技术的发展为研究基础,对大数据环境下进行科研所科研信息管理信息化的必要性以及重要性进行分析,同时将科研管理信息化的策略进行系统地探索和研究,对科研管理信息化进程中存在的问题进行综合的分析,以提高科研所管理的质量和效率,最大限度保证各项工作的顺利开展和进行,同时希望为同行业提供一定的参考价值和意义。
This article analyzes the necessity and importance of the informationization of scientific research management in scientific research institutes in the context of big data,comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the process of scientific research management informatization,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of scientific research management,to ensure the smooth development and conduct of various tasks to the maximum extent,and hope to provide a certain reference value and significance.
