摘要
目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术对硬核白内障患者角膜散光度的影响以及治疗安全性。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的硬核白内障患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组实施白内障囊外摘除术,观察组实施小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术。比较两组术后1、3个月时的裸眼视力、角膜散光度、生活质量及3个月内并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后1个月及术后3个月时的裸眼视力高于对照组,角膜散光度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.915,t=2.417,t=5.457,t=5.447;P=0.000,P=0.018,P=0.000,P=0.000);观察组术后3个月心理功能、物质生活状态、躯体功能及社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.068,t=7.689,t=8.448,t=8.131;P均=0.000);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.821,P=0.028)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障安全性高,可有效改善患者生活质量,提高裸眼视力,降低角膜散光度,减少术后并发症发生情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of small incision non phacoemulsification on corneal astigmatism in patients with hard nucleus cataract and the safety of treatment.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,94 patients with hard core cataract were selected and divided into two groups,47 in each group.Extracapsular cataract extraction was performed in the control group and small incision non phacoemulsification in the observation group.The visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,quality of life and complications within 3 months were compared between the two groups.Result The visual acuity of naked eyes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation,and the corneal astigmatism was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.915,t=2.417,t=5.457,t=5.447;P=0.000,P=0.01&P=0.000,P=0.000);the scores of psychological function,material life state,physical function and social function in the observation group at 3 months after operation were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant The difference was statistically significant(X^2=4.821,P=0.028).Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification is a safe and effective method in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract,which can effectively improve the quality of life,improve the naked eye vision,reduce corneal astigmatism,and reduce postoperative complications.
