Objective To explore the effect of Seretide on pulmonary function and airway hyperresponsiveness in patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods A total of 140 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was given Seretide treatment. The therapeutic effect, pulmonary function recovery and airway hyperresponsiveness were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the disease control rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(92.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of lung function in the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of airway hyperresponsiveness provocation test(12.86%)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seretide is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage. It can effectively promote the recovery of pulmonary function and improve airway hyperresponsiveness. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
