摘要
历史文化街区作为城市中的老旧街区,是城市独有的风貌,也是城市活力代表的重要场所之一。目前,随着我国经济发展从高速增长转变为中高速增长,城市的发展已经开始从开发新区域逐渐转变为注重对历史老旧区域的复兴保护发展,并开始从经济、社会、文化等方面保护历史文化街区原有的意识形态,同时注重提升历史文化街区活力,以实现历史文化街区的保护与发展。本文通过考查调研四川省绵阳市李杜祠周边的历史街区,介绍了李杜祠的历史沿革和现状问题,分析了历史街区发展过程中存在的问题,并结合国内历史文化街区宽窄巷子经典案例,提炼出特色文化背景下历史文化街区活力复兴策略,希望为提升历史文化街区活力提供一定的参考。
The historical and cultural block is a part of a city,is a unique feature of the city,and it is also one of the important places of urban vitality.China’s economic development has changed from high-speed growth to medium high-speed growth.The development of the city has gradually turned from the development of new areas to focus on the rejuvenation,protection and development of historical and old areas.It has started to protect the original consciousness form of historical and cultural blocks from the aspects of economy,society and culture.At the same time,it has begun to focus on the vitality of historical and cultural blocks to realize the development and protection of historical and cultural blocks.First of all,this paper introduces the historical evolution and current problems of Lidu ancestral hall by investigating the historical blocks surrounding Lidu ancestral hall in Mianyang,Sichuan,and then analyzes the existing problems in the development of historical blocks.Combined with the classic cases of wide and narrow lanes in domestic historical and cultural blocks,this paper refines the rejuvenation strategies of historical blocks under the background of characteristic culture,hoping to provide a reference for improving the vitality of historical and cultural blocks.
