摘要
随着我国近年来经济的高速发展,城市机动车保有量持续增加,居民购买力逐年提高。一些早期开发的商业地区由于前期规划考虑不足,周边的配套交通设施不能满足交通需求,导致商业综合体周边交通拥堵问题严重。城市交通改善规划的目的正是解决土地利用与交通设施之间的矛盾[1],本文以沈阳市龙之梦商业综合体为例,通过剖析龙之梦周边存在的交通问题,从优化供给和调节需求两方面对龙之梦进行交通改善[2],有针对性地提出交通改善措施,以缓解商业区周边的交通压力,为其他城市类似项目交通改善提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,the number of urban motor vehicles continue to increase,the purchasing power of residents increases year by year.In some commercial areas developed in the early stage,due to insufficient planning consideration,the supporting transportation facilities in the surrounding areas could not meet the traffic demand,resulting in serious traffic congestion problems around the commercial complex.Taking Longzhimeng commercial complex in Shenyang as an example,this paper analyzes the traffic problems around Longzhimeng and proposes targeted traffic improvement measures to relieve the traffic pressure around the business district,so as to provide a reference for similar projects in other cities.
