疲劳荷载作用下锈蚀钢筋混凝土墩柱的轴心受压承载力试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对11根钢筋混凝土墩柱进行轴心受压承载力试验研究,分析了不同理论锈蚀率(0%、5%、10%)及不同疲劳加载频率(0 Hz、1 Hz、3 Hz)对其承载力的影响。依据锈蚀钢筋的本构模型、锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳S-N曲线方程及钢筋疲劳本构模型,提出仅考虑钢筋因素影响,适用于0%~10%锈蚀率区间,疲劳荷载作用下锈蚀钢筋混凝土墩柱的轴心受压承载力计算公式。试验结果表明,混凝土残余应变随着锈蚀率和频率的增大而增大,锈蚀率恒定,随着加载频率的增加,混凝土残余应变小幅增加,加载频率恒定,随着锈蚀率的增加,混凝土残余应变显著增大,与未锈蚀试件相比,理论锈蚀率为5%和10%的试件平均增幅分别为13.7%和30%。根据建议公式计算发现,理论值与试验值对比吻合良好。 The axial compression bearing capacity experimental study on 11 reinforced concrete columns was carried out.The influences of different theoretical corrosion rates(0%,5%,10%)and fatigue loading frequency(0 Hz,1 Hz,3 Hz)on their bearing capacity were analyzed.In accordance with the constitutive model of corroded bar,the fatigue S-N curve equation of corroded reinforced concrete beam and the fatigue constitutive model of steel bar,the axial compression bearing capacity calculation formula of corroded reinforced concrete columns under fatigue loading were proposed,which only considered reinforcement factors and suits corrosion rate interval between 0%and 10%.The testing results show that with the increase of corrosion rate and frequency,the concrete strain increases.When the corrosion rate is constant,with the increase of the loading frequency,the concrete strain increases slightly.When the frequency is constant,with the increase of corrosion rate,the concrete strain increases markedly,and compared with non-corroded components,the concrete strain of the theoretical corrosion rate of 5%and 10%components averagely increase by 13.7%and 30%,respectively.According to the suggested calculation formula,it is found that theoretical and experimental values agree well with each other.
