摘要
重庆现代公共卫生事业,在国民政府迁渝后,由于抗战之需要迎来了发展的黄金时期。其发展成就主要表现在卫生行政机构和卫生法规的设立和完善,城市环境卫生的改善和健康教育的发展以及疫情防疫工作的有效开展。本文试图通过梳理战时重庆公共卫生建设的发展概况,对其当时的现状进行评述。
In order to reverse the common phenomenon of people's lack of medicine,superstition in witchcraft and prevailing backward customs,the rulers of the Song Dynasty attached importance to medical and health undertaking.A series of effective policies and measures were adopted,such as promulgating decrees prohibiting witches,changing habits and customs,strengthening the construction of non-governmental medical security institutions,paying attention to the selection and training of medical talents,etc.The Song Dynasty's policy orientation toward promoting medicine among people was progressive,and it played a positive role in promoting the popularity of medicine and improving the medical conditions of civilians.
