锡林浩特典型草原地区牧草优势种类的品质研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对典型草原区优势牧草是否具有较高品质的问题,于2018年调查了锡林浩特典型草原地区11个采样点生长季的34种植物共177个牧草样本,运用主成分分析、相关分析等统计方法,系统性分析表征牧草品质的6个指标(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、蛋白质、淀粉、可溶性糖)在生长季的含量变化趋势,综合评估牧草的品质,研究牧草相对优势度与其综合品质间的相关性。结果表明:(1)整个生长季,优势种牧草的平均优势度最大,亚优势种牧草次之,一二年生伴生种牧草再次,多年生伴生种牧草最小;(2)整个生长季,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和淀粉含量呈现先上升再下降的趋势,蛋白质含量呈现上升趋势,可溶性糖含量呈现先下降再上升的趋势;(3)利用主成分分析法评估牧草品质,整个生长季牧草品质最好的为优势种牧草,亚优势种牧草次之,多年生伴生种牧草再次,一二年生伴生种牧草最差:(4)牧草优势度与综合品质得分的相关性存在季节差异,返青期呈显著正相关(R^2=0.640,P<0.001),盛草期无明显相关性(R^2=0.081,P>0.05),枯黄期呈显著负相关(R^2=0.534,P<0.001)。牧草的品质研究将为优质牧草的开发与推广奠定理论基础。 Aiming at the problem of whether dominant forage species in typical steppe areas had higher quality,this study investigated 177 samples of 34 species during the growing season at 11 sampling sites in the typical grassland area of Xilinhot in 2018.Statistical methods such as principal component analysis and correlation analysis were used to systematically analyze the content change trend of six indicators(Chlorophyll-a,Chlorophyll-b,total Chlorophyll,Protein,Starch and Soluble Sugar)of forage quality in the growing season.Comprehensively evaluate the quality of forage and study the correlation between the relative dominance of forage and its comprehensive quality.The results revealed that:(1)Through out the whole growing season,the average dominance of the dominant species was the largest,followed by the subdominant species,and then by the annual or biennial companion species,and the perennial companion species were the smallest.(2)During the whole growing season,the contents of Chlorophyll-a,Chlorophyll-b,total Chlorophyll and Starch showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The content of protein showed an upward trend,and soluble sugar decreased first and then increased.(3)The Principal Component Analysis was conducted to evaluate the quality of forage.The quality of dominant forage species was the best in the whole growing season,followed by subdominant species,and then by perennial companion species,and annual and biennial companion species were the worst.(4)A seasonal difference was found in the correlation between forage dominance and comprehensive forage quality score.The correlation was a significant positive correlation at the re-green stage(R 2=0.640,P<0.001),no significant correlation at the grassy stage(R 2=0.081,P>0.05),and a significant negative correlation at the withering stage(R 2=0.534,P<0.001).The research of forage quality will lay a theoretical foundation for the development and promotion of high quality forage.
