摘要
目的建立对羌活、独活成分的薄层色谱鉴别和对乌头碱的限量检测的方法,确定马氏接骨膏的质量标准。方法建立供试品的薄层色谱鉴别和乌头碱限量检测方法。进行耐用性试验,对比不同薄层板、不同温度、湿度下的鉴别效果。结果薄层色谱鉴别中,供试品色谱中在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显示有相同的荧光主斑点,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同白色的荧光斑点,阴性样品无干扰,三批样品均符合规定。乌头碱限量检测中,供试品色谱在与对照品色谱相应的位置上出现的斑点应小于对照品的斑点或不出现斑点。结论该方法可用于马氏接骨膏的质量控制,能有效地判定药品的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a TLC method for the identification of Radix Notopterygii and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis in the limit detection of aconitine,and to determine the quality standard of the MaShiJieGu plaster.METHODS To establish TLC identification and limit detection method of aconitine and the durability test was carried out to compare the identification effects of different TLC,different temperatures and humidities.RESULTS In TLC identification,the same main fluorescent spots were found in the chromatographic positions of the tested samples corresponding to those of the control medicinal materials,and the same white fluorescent spots were found in the corresponding positions of the reference materials.The negative samples did not interfere with each other.All three batches of samples met the requirements.In the limited detection of aconitine,the spots on the chromatographic positions of the samples corresponding to those of the reference substances should be smaller than those of the reference substances or not.CONCLUSION The method can be used for the quality control of MaShiJieGu plaster and can effectively determine the quality of the preparation.
