液态金属冷却反应堆主容器双向密封特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 液态金属冷却反应堆是第四代反应堆的重要堆型,一回路采用池式布局以液态金属作为冷却剂。该类堆型具有较高安全性,一回路覆盖气体压力较低是重要的系统特征。在正常运行下,主容器内气压为负压,而在基准事故下,主容器内部气压上升而转变为正压。因此主容器的气体密封需具有气体双向密封能力以同时满足内部负压强和正压强的气体密封要求。本文根据双气压模式的特点,通过在主容器与顶盖连接处布置双道金属C型密封环实现双向密封的功能。并以典型主容器密封为例,利用有限元分析获得了金属密封环在正负两种气压模式下的非线性响应,包括回弹曲线、径向滑移量和接触应力,再通过泄漏理论得到主容器的密封性能参数。计算分析结果表明,主容器的气体双向设计密封性能良好,能够保证密封要求,可为有类似环境要求的主容器密封提供一定参考。 Liquid metal cooled reactor is one type of Generator IV reactor,in which primary loop is pool type and liquid metal is used as the coolant.Low operation pressure of cover gas is the important feature of inherent safety of Liquid metal cooled reactor.Pressure in main vessel is negative state in normal operation condition while it will turn to positive state in design basic accident.Based on the dual-pressure feature,a bidirectional sealing scheme is proposed by setting two sealing rings at the joint of main vessel and cover.Taking a typical vessel of liquid metal cooled reactor for example,the nonlinear responses of sealing ring under specified loads are presented by FEA code,i.e.,the compress-resilience curve,radial slip-displacement,and stress distribution.Then,sealing performance of the bidirectional sealing scheme is analyzed.The results show that the bidirectional sealing design of main vessel performs well,and meets the requirements of sealing,which can provide reference for similar main vessel sealing.
