摘要
翻译与引介工作对于新时期中国图书情报事业的发展具有重要的意义。文章通过梳理百年来图书情报学的译介传统,提出了中国图书情报学翻译实践的三个缺憾:系统性的匮乏、交流与批评机制的不完善和译介流向的单一。在这一基础上,作者提出"译介谱系"的概念,强调改善评价导向、加强译介力度、加快译介速度、提高版权意识、培养翻译人才等有效举措都需要围绕"构建完整的图书情报学译介谱系"来展开,才能事半功倍,真正发挥译介事业的效用。
Translation and introduction are of great significance to the development of library and information science in China in the new period. By sorting out the translation and introduction tradition of library and information science over the past hundred years, it shows three shortcomings in the practice: lacking systematic research, imperfect communication and criticism mechanism and one-way introduction. Therefore, the author puts forward a concept "the genealogy of translation and introduction", and points out that the value of translation and introduction would be realized by improving the evaluation orientation, strengthening and speeding up the translation, raising the awareness of copyright and cultivating translators aimed at establishing a complete genealogy of translation and introduction of library and information science.
