摘要
高铁建设作为一种线性工程,具有专业性强、质量标准高、自然环境与社会环境复杂、施工期长等特点,可能对施工沿线造成严重的生态破坏及环境污染,其众多参建单位在施工期生态环境保护工作中也存在矛盾关系。以商合杭高铁为例,理清工程施工期生态环境管理现状,总结生态环境管理对策,分析该对策下的环水保防治效果,为高铁施工期生态环境管理提供借鉴。
High speed railway construction requires high professionalism and quality standard.Since it faces complex natural and social environment and usually has long construction period,its construction may cause serious ecological damage and environmental pollution.Besides,it is may be hard for all the construction participants to coordinate when it comes to ecological and environmental protection.The paper,taking the Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway project as an example,describes the current status of ecological environment management during construction and sums up the countermeasures,especially the effects of soil and water conservation,providing references for other high speed railway construction projects in terms of ecological environment management.
