摘要
钢管混凝土拱桥以其特有的结构特性及优势,在我国的高铁建设等领域得到广泛应用,特别是系杆拱桥先拱后梁法工艺的发展,能够大幅度降低跨航道桥施工对通航的影响。通过对140 m系杆拱桥先拱后梁法施工中的拱肋、系梁等部分施工工序的综合分析,采用"格构式"立式胎架拱肋拼装、610 t浮吊内河航道吊装及无水平力吊杆挂篮悬灌等关键技术,总结工程特点及施工经验,为大跨度系杆拱桥在跨通航河道工程中的广泛应用提供参考。
With special structure characteristics and advantages,steel-pipe concrete arch bridge has been widely applied in high speed railway construction and other fields in China.Especially,the development of the process of arch-before-beam method for bowstring arch bridges can significantly decrease the impact of construction of channel-crossing bridges on navigation.Key technologies were applied,such as,assembly of arch rib on the"lattice-type"jig frame,hoisting with 610 t floating cranes in channels of inland river waters and cantilever pouring with form traveler and horizontal-force-free boom,through comprehensive analysis of arch rib,tie beam and some other construction procedures during construction of 140 m-long bowstring arch bridge by arch-beforebeam method.The paper summarizes engineering characteristics and construction experience,which provides reference for further application of large-span bowstring arch bridges to cross navigable channels.
