摘要
通过对杨浦区Q河道治理前后综合水质指数变化情况进行对比,分析了目前河道治理采用方法的实际效果。并且进一步提出了城市中小河道治理应该从治理思路、治理原则和保证机制三方面开展。
By comparing the changes of the comprehensive water quality index before and after the Q channel treatment in Yangpu District,the actual effects of the current channel treatment methods are analyzed.And it is further proposed that the management of small and medium rivers in cities should be carried out from three aspects: governance ideas, governance principles and guarantee mechanisms.
