摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是指很少或没有饮酒的情况下超过5%的肝细胞存在脂肪变性的一系列肝脏疾病。对NAFLD病理机制的解释已发展为“多次打击”学说,强调了内质网应激在NAFLD发展中的作用。本文对内质网应激和NAFLD的研究进展作出综述。 Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a series of liver diseases that are defined as the presence of steatosis in more than 5%of hepatocytes with little or no alcohol consumption.The interpretation of the pathological mechanism of NAFLD has evolved into a“multiple strikes”doctrine,emphasizing the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in the development of NAFLD.This article reviews the research progress of endoplasmic reticulum stress and NAFLD.
