摘要 本文采用Metrohm 940离子色谱-抑制电导法测定水中的5种消毒副产物含量。以碳酸盐水溶液为流动相淋洗,将样品依次过0.22μm尼龙滤膜、Ag-Na净化柱,弃去前5mL滤液,收集后面滤液上机测定。实现了5种常见消毒副产物(亚氯酸盐、溴酸盐、氯酸盐、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸)及7种常规阴离子的同时分离,方法重复性好,各离子的检出限均大大优于现行标准《GB 5749-2006生活饮用水卫生标准》中的限量要求,且线性关系良好。该方法安全、稳定、简便,灵敏度高,分析速度快,可同时实现12种离子的分离,适用于各类水中常见消毒副产物的测定,适合和满足当前水质卫生检验的要求。 In this paper,an ion chromatographic method was developed for the determination of 5 kinds of disinfection by-products in water.In this method,we use carbonate solution as mobile phase.The samples were passed through 0.22μm nylon filter membrane and Ag-Na purification column,and then was collected for testing after the former 5mL filtrate was abandoned.5 kinds of disinfection by-products(chlorite,bromate,chlorate,dichloroacetic acid,thichloroacetic acid)and 7 kinds of common anions can be analyzed in one injection.The RSDs of retention time and peak area were good.Besides,the method has good linear relationship.The detection limit of each ion are considerably better than the current standard of“GB 5749-2006”.In summary,the method is safe,stable and simple.Meanwhile 12 kinds of ions can be analyzed in one injection with high sensitivity and fast analysis.This method is suitable for the determination of the common disinfection by-products in various kinds of water,and satisfies the requirements of the current sanitary inspection of water quality.
