摘要
为了研究缩短核电站安全壳完整性试验和泄漏率试验过程工期的可行性,在60℃的初始温度条件下,对由构成安全壳内实际可燃混合物的12种主要可燃液体组成的二元、三元和五元混合物分别在100,310,520 kPa的初始压力条件下的爆炸下限进行了实验研究,获得了51组实验数据。在Le Chatelier方程中引入压力项,对所研究的混合物的爆炸下限进行了估算,结果表明Le Chatelier方程在不同压力下对爆炸下限的估算均具有较高的准确度,可用于CTT过程中可燃混合物爆炸下限的估算,为CTT过程的安全性研究了提供重要的理论依据。
In order to shorten the construction period during containment test in the nuclear power plant,a feasibility study was carried out.Firstly,12 main pure liquids that make up the actual combustible vapor mixtures in the containment were screened out.Then the lower flammability limits of the binary,ternary and quinary mixtures of the 12 vapors were measured at temperature of 60℃,under the pressures of 100,310 and 520 kPa,respectively.A total of 51 sets of experimental data were obtained.The lower flammability limits of the vapor mixtures studied were estimated using Le Chatelier s principle by introducing a pressure variable.The results indicate that Le Chatelier s principle has high accuracy for estimating the lower flammability limits of the vapor mixtures under different pressures.Therefore,it can be used to estimate the lower flammability limits of the combustible vapor mixtures in containment test(CTT),which could provide a theoretical basis for the safety analysis during CTT procedure.
