摘要
试验旨在探讨长期饲喂高硒饲粮对产蛋鸡蛋硒含量的影响,以便为人类开发安全无毒富硒蛋产品。将450只299日龄健康正大褐产蛋鸡随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,其中A组:低硒0.30 mg/kg;B组:中硒0.80 mg/kg;C组:高硒1.30 mg/kg;D组:C组+0.2%中草药;E组:0~30 d同C组,31~170 d A组和C组料以7 d为周期,交替投喂。试验第30、72、121、170 d采蛋样分析。结果表明30、72、121、170 d,B、C、D组蛋硒含量高于A组(P<0.01)。C、D组30、72 d蛋硒含量高于B组(P<0.01)。E组30 d蛋硒含量高于B组(P<0.01)。B、C、E组72 d的蛋壳厚度高于D组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在各试验期,中、高硒组蛋硒含量高于低硒组。交替投喂降低蛋硒含量。长期饲喂高、中、低硒饲粮,蛋硒均无富集。中、高硒饲粮可生产富硒鸡蛋。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects that the long-term feeding of fodders,highly rich in selenium,has on selenium content of eggs,in an effort to lay the foundation for the development of non-poison egg products rich in selenium.450 healthy and 299-day-old Zhengdahe laying hens were randomly divided into 5 groups and then each group was classified into 3 subgroups.There were 30 hens in each subgroup.Group A was fed with low-selenium fodders,0.30 mg/kg.Group B was fed with medium-selenium fodders,0.80mg/kg.Group C was fed with high-selenium fodders,1.30 mg/kg.Group D was fed with high-selenium fodders+0.2%herbal medicines.Group E was fed with high-selenium fodders from day 0 to day 30,and then alternately fed,every 7 days,with low-selenium and high-selenium fodders from day 30 to day 170.Then sample eggs were collected on day 30,day 72,day 121 and day 170 respectively.The results showed that,on day 30,day 72,day 121 and day 170,Group B,C and D had unexceptionally higher egg selenium content than that of Group A(P<0.01).Compared with Group B,Group C and D had higher egg selenium content on day 30 and day 72(P<0.01).Group E had higher egg selenium content than that of Group B on day 30(P<0.01).On day 72,Group B,C and E had thicker eggshell than Group D(P<0.05).This is evidence that fodders with medium and high content of selenium will produce eggs higher in selenium content than those produced by low-selenium fodders.Alternate feeding will decrease egg selenium content.Long-term feeding of high,medium and low content of selenium won’t unexceptionally cause selenium enrichment in eggs.Fodders with medium and high content of selenium are able to produce eggs rich in selenium.
