摘要
运用因子分析法和SBM方向性距离函数,从创新能力和创新效率二维视角对京津冀区域13个城市主要创新主体的创新情况进行综合评价与分析.结果表明:京津冀城市创新能力分布不均衡,创新效率总体相对较高.将城市创新水平分为创新水平高、创新水平较高(创新能力高,创新效率低)、创新水平较高(创新能力低,创新效率高)、创新水平较低四种类型,确定各个城市所属类型并分析其特点.与以往单一视角研究相比,此方法能为京津冀各城市提高自身创新水平提供较为全面而准确的科学依据.
By adopting factor analysis approach and SMB directional distance function,this paper attempts to make comprehensive evaluation and analysis of urban innovation capability and innovation efficiency in13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the two-dimensional perspective.The results show that innovation capacity is unevenly distributed and innovation efficiency is relatively high.The innovation level can be classified into four levels,high,medium high(high ability,low efficiency),medium high(low ability,high efficiency),and medium low,which helps to determine the innovation level of each city and their characteristics.The application of this method provides a more comprehensive and scientific basis for improving the level of urban innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
