摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控一线护理人员的培训需求。方法采用目的抽样法,对25名疫情防控一线护理人员进行微信半结构式访谈,采用Braun主题分析法对访谈资料进行归纳、提炼主题。结果防控一线护理人员的培训需求可归纳为4个主题:强化知识技能;心理应对技能培训;多部门协作培训;培训形式多样化。结论应采取灵活多样的培训方式,加强疫情防控一线护理人员防护知识和技能培训,加强多部门合作,并提供心理支持。
Objective To explore the training needs of first-line nurses during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Purposive sampling method was adopted to conduct remote WeChat-based semi-structured interview with 25 first-line nurses.Braun thematic analysis method was used to analyze data.Results The training needs of first-line nurses can be summarized into four themes:strengthening knowledge and skills;psychological coping skills;ramping up multisectoral collaboration;flexible training methods.Conclusion In the face of COVID-19,flexible training methods should be adopted to strengthen the skills and protection trainings for first-line nurses.Meanwhile,multisectoral cooperation,and psychological support to the nurses are in pressing need.
