摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对艾滋病患者治疗依从性及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月-2018年2月我院接诊的艾滋病患者72例,随机分为对照组36例、观察组36例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取心理护理干预。比较两组患者负性情绪、治疗依从性、免疫功能。结果干预后观察组SDS、SAS值均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组CD4^+水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率97.22%高于对照组80.56%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对艾滋病患者采取心理护理干预,能有效缓解患者不良情绪,改善免疫功能,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on treatment compliance and immune function of AIDS patients.Methods 72 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention.Negative emotions,treatment compliance and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,SDS and SAS values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CD4^+ level in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with no statistical significance(97.22% vs 80.56%,P>0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention for AIDS patients can effectively relieve patients′ negative emotions,improve immune function and treatment compliance.
