基于预约策略的港外集卡送取箱双目标优化模型

摘要 针对集疏港高峰时段,因集卡不均衡到达港口造成的闸口、堆场以及公路运输网络的拥堵,提出在有效的预约机制下,通过划分某时段的预约时间窗与预约份额,以效益最大化为原则,优化到达各进出口箱区完成送取箱任务的港外集卡调度计划.以所有港外集卡作业总时间与集卡调用数量对应的双目标成本值最小为目的,建立港外集卡送取箱预约优化模型,并用设计改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解.最后通过算例对模型和算法的有效性进行了验证.结果表明,所构建的模型能够有效降低港外集卡的调用数量以及港外集卡的在港时间,可以为港口与运输企业提高经济效益. To cope with the overcrowdingproblems of gates,yards and road transportation networks caused by unbalanced arrival of ports during the peak hours of the import and export container block.It is proposed that under the effective appointment system,by dividing the appointment time window and the reservation share of a certain period of time.the principle of maximizing the benefit is adopted,and the dispatching plan of the port deliver and pickup Containers that reaches the task at each dock yard is optimized.The model is solved by a genetic algorithm with improved design.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.The results of the example show that the constructed model can effectively reduce the total number of trucks and the usage time of all trucks which can improve the economic benefits for the port and transportation enterprises.
