细胞焦亡在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 细胞焦亡是一种程序性细胞死亡方式,在机体固有免疫反应中起重要作用。其机制以炎性小体组装、Gasdermin蛋白家族在质膜上形成孔道、炎性介质通过孔道释放为特征。根据是否依赖Caspase-1,细胞焦亡可分为经典途径和非经典途径。细胞焦亡与肿瘤的发生发展及治疗反应有关,可能为癌症防治提供新思路和新方法。全文对细胞焦亡的相关机制和细胞焦亡在肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述。 Pyroptosis is a form of programmed cell death,which plays an important role in the body’s innate immune response. The mechanism of pyroptosis is characterized by the assembly of inflammasomes,cell membrane pore-forming by gasdermin protein family and inflammatory cytokines releasing through the pore,which can be classified into canonical or non-canonical pathway according to whether it is caspase-1-dependent. Pyroptosis is closely related to tumorigenesis,tumor development and the response of cancer cells to chemotherapy or radiaotherapy,which may provide new insights and methods for cancer prevention and treatment. This article reviews the advances on the mechanism of pyroptosis and its role in cancer-related researches.
