摘要
制备了具有模拟过氧化物酶活性的菠萝蛋白酶-金纳米簇,可催化3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)-H2O2体系显色。因此,构建了Bromelain-AuNCs-TMB-H2O2-Hg2+比色传感平台,并对该体系的催化显色反应机制进行了研究。本方法检测Hg2+的线性范围为6.25 nmol/L^3.5μmol/L,检出限为4.3 nmol/L。本方法成本低,简便可行,选择性好,为环境水样中的Hg2+检测提供了一种新方法。
Bromelain-gold nanoclusters(AuNCs)was successfully prepared that possess simulated peroxidase activity,it catalyzes the color development of the3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)-H2O2 system.Therefore,Bromelain-AuNCs-TMB-H2O2-Hg2+colorimetric sensing platform was designed and researched the catalytic color reaction mechanism in the system.The linear range of detection of Hg2+extends from 6.25 nmol/L^3.5μmol/L,and the lower detection limit is4.3 nmol/L.The method was cost-effective,simple and feasible,with high selectivity,thus serving as a new strategy for Hg2+detection in environmental water samples.
