可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱退变性疾病的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱退变性疾病的临床疗效。方法82例脊柱退变性疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组采取传统椎根螺钉脊柱内固定术,观察组采取可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定术。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组临床功能优良率为90.24%,高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组最终随访的椎间隙高度(10.80±1.31)mm高于对照组的(7.80±1.30)mm,椎间隙高度变化(1.10±0.35)mm低于对照组的(4.00±0.35)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱退变性疾病的临床治疗效果显著,值得临床大力推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of bone cement injectable canulated pedicle screw in the treatment of spinal degenerative diseases.Methods A total of 82 patients with spinal degenerative diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional pedicle screw fixation,and the observation group was treated by bone cement injectable canulated pedicle screw.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The excellent rate of clinical function of the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.17%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervertebral space height at final follow-up(10.80±1.31)mm of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(7.80±1.30)mm,intervertebral space height changes(1.10±0.35)mm was lower than that of the control group(4.00±0.35)mm.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone cement injectable canulated pedicle screw shows remarkable clinical effect for the treatment of spinal degenerative diseases,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
