摘要
目的研究地佐辛联合丙泊酚应用于胃镜手术的麻醉效果。方法选择2017年6月-2019年6月于本院进行胃镜手术的64例患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各32例。对照组接受丙泊酚、舒芬太尼静脉麻醉,观察组接受地佐辛、丙泊酚静脉麻醉。对比两组血流动力学指标[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)及平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)]、丙泊酚用量、意识消失时间、术后恢复时间、麻醉质量及不良反应。结果麻醉前两组SpO2对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉后10min时观察组SpO2(97.36±1.15)%,高于对照组的(91.24±2.82)%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组丙泊酚用量(143.59±18.76)mg、不良反应发生率(3.13%),低于对照组(178.61±23.51)mg、(25.00%),意识消失时间(41.32±5.68)s、苏醒时间(6.18±1.60)min、清醒时间(7.43±1.85)min,短于对照组(50.28±6.14)s、(9.37±1.52)min、(10.58±2.14)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组麻醉前、后DBP、SBP、MAP、HR及Ramsay评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论地佐辛、丙泊酚联合静脉麻醉应用于胃镜手术麻醉效果良好,有助于稳定患者血流动力学,缩短术后苏醒时间,且不良反应少。
Objective To study the anesthesia effect of dezocine combined with propofol in gastroscopy surgery. Methods 64 patients who underwent gastroscopy surgery from June 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous anesthesia with propofol and sufentanil, while the observation group were treated with intravenous anesthesia of dezocine and propofol. The hemodynamic indexes(SBP, DBP, HR, map, SpO2), propofol dosage, lost consciousness time, postoperative recovery time, anesthesia quality and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Before anesthesia, there was no significant difference in SpO2 between the two groups(P > 0.05);10 minutes after anesthesia, SpO2 in the observation group was(97.36±1.15)%, which was higher than that in the control group(91.24±2.82)%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The usage of propofol in the observation group was(143.59±18.76)mg, and the incidence of adverse reactions was(3.13%), which was lower than that in the control group(178.61±23.51)mg,(25.00%). The lost consciousness time,recovery time and waking time in the observation group were(41.32±5.68)s,(6.18±1.60)min,(7.43±1.85)min respectively, which were shorter than those(50.28±6.14)s,(9.37±1.52)min,(10.58±2.14)min in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Before and after anesthesia, DBP, SBP, map, HR and Ramsay scores between the two groups were almost the same(P > 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Dezocine with propofol in intravenous anesthesia has a good effect on gastroscopy surgery,which is helpful to stabilize the hemodynamics of patients and shorten the recovery time after operation. It also has fewer adverse reactions.
