摘要
培育创业型职业农民是应时代发展和国家建设要求的必然措施。乡村振兴背景下的人才培育必须要了解乡村建设与农民的发展现状,从多方面入手进行创业型职业农民的培育。本篇文章首先进行乡村振兴战略下对创业型职业农民培育推行意义以及新型职业农民内涵的分析,并结合目前创业型职业农民培育过程中的问题提出一些乡村人才振兴、培育创业型职业农民的对策建议。
Cultivating entrepreneurial professional farmers is an inevitable measure in response to the needs of the development of the times and national construction. Talent cultivation under the background of rural rejuvenation must understand the current situation of rural construction and the development of farmers,and start from a variety of aspects to cultivate entrepreneurial professional farmers. This paper first analyzes the significance of the cultivation of entrepreneurial professional farmers and the connotation of new types of professional farmers under the strategy of rural revitalization,and puts forward some countermeasures for the promotion of rural talents and the cultivation of entrepreneurial professional farmers based on the current problems in the cultivation of entrepreneurial professional farmers.
