摘要
制动系统作为车辆行驶安全性的重要保障,其可靠性对车辆安全性至关重要。采用GO法对某型消防救援车制动系统进行分析,依据系统原理图建立制动系统GO图,将系统的功能部件用功能操作符表示,进而确定各操作符的状态概率,通过GO法运算得到制动系统的可靠度。该方法代替计算复杂组合的可靠性联合概率,降低了计算难度,提高了制动系统可靠性评估的效率。再通过实例进行计算分析,验证了GO法分析的简单便捷性,为消防救援车制动系统优化设计与维修提供了理论基础。
As an important guarantee of vehicle driving safety,the reliability of braking system is very important to vehicle safety.In this paper,GO methodology is adopted to analyze the braking system of a certain type of fire rescue vehicle.GO diagram of the braking system is established according to the system schematic diagram.The functional components of the system are represented by functional operators,and then the state probability of each operator is determined.Instead of calculating the joint probability of reliability of complex combination,this methodology reduces the difficulty of calculation and improves the efficiency of reliability evaluation of braking system.In this paper,calculation and analysis are carried out through examples to verify the simplicity and convenience of GO methodology analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design and maintenance of the brake system of fire rescue vehicle.
