摘要
为简化数据采集系统设计的复杂性和降低成本,采用单电源为数据采集系统输入模块供电是一个有效的解决方案。采用AD4111设计了模拟输入模块单电源供电的数据采集系统。在数据采集系统的设计中,采用STC89C52单片机作为系统的主控制器;围绕模数转换器AD4111设计输入模块电路,实现模拟信号转换和数据采集。经测试,该系统可实现精度为24位[Σ-Δ]的数据转换和采集,可采集输入电压范围±2.5V的模拟信号数据。在实际应用中,该系统达到了设计目的,使用效果良好。
In order to simplify the complexity of data acquisition system design and reduce the cost,it is an effective solution to use a single power supply to power the input module of data acquisition system.In this paper,AD4111 is used to design a data acquisition system with single power supply of analog input module.In the design of data acquisition system,STC89C52 single chip microcomputer is used as the main controller of the system,and the input module circuit is designed around AD4111 to realize data conversion and acquisition.After testing,the system can realize the data conversion and acquisition with the accuracy of 24 bits[Σ⁃Δ],and can collect the analog signal data with the input voltage range of±2.5V.In practical application,the system achieves the design purpose and has good effect.
